GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

  • All prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD). 

  • All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).

  • Kids Kreed reserves the right to change prices without notice at our discretion.

  • Kids Kreed will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country.

  • Please check your local custom procedures regarding taxes

  • We prohibit purchases for resale and/or reselling any Kids Kreed product as part of any business (including any on-line business) unless agreed in writing by Kids Kreed.

SHIPPING

  • FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $100 unless otherwise stated.

    • In the event that an item or items need to be refunded (making the total price of order under $100), the $9,95 postage cost to originally send order will be charged back to the customer and deducted from refund.

  • $7 flat fee for all orders under $20 and $9.95  flat fee for all orders under $100 within Australia.

  • Deliveries made within Australia will arrive within 3-7 business days via Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Your order will be delivered in approximately 10-15 postal working days

  • Flat rate shiping to the following countries;

    • United States Of America $25

    • United Kingdom $26

    • New Zealand $20

  • Upon arrival to the destination country the parcels are distributed by the local postal services

  • Please note: Occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days

  • Postal charges do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

  • We want you have the best online shopping experience, so if you have any problems with your order, please contact our online customer service team within 7 days from day of placing order via our contact us page.

  • Please provide the following information so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

    1.      Your name                     

    2.      Date your order was placed (if applicable)

    3.      Your Sales Order Reference Number (if              available)

    4.      Your tracking number (if available)

    5.      Brief description of the problem you are            experiencing

  • All items are handmade. We advise customers to review our size chart before purchasing sandals. We recommend purchasing a size larger to allow room for growth.

  • no refunds for sale items

  • Please note, sandals are made with 100% leather materials (except rubber sole) and will stretch forming to child’s foot. These shoes are not designed for water or park play.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.

  • Postage will only be refunded if the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.

  • What defines faulty?

    1. Are faulty (unless caused by you};

    2. un-worn 

    3. Have been wrongly described;

    4. Are different to the goods that you ordered;

    5. Do not do what they are supposed to; or

    6. Have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • All items listed should be in stock. If for some unexpected reason the item ordered is sold out, you will be notified and refunded immediately.
